Small and big

This project was conceived as a diving watch with a physical diameter of 42 mm and visually 38 mm. This banal optical trick allows you to feel the watch on your hand as something substantial, but at the same time visually as a small watch.

The central part of this watch is a polished anodized part of a burgundy-orange or anthracite shade with small inclusions referring to the starry sky.

The seconds hand is a reference to satellites in Earth orbit.

The four crosshairs on the dial refer us to the video recording of the lunar mission in the mid-20th century and allow us to clearly navigate the dial. They are decorative in nature, for fun.
